In 2015, Indonesia participated in the signing of the Paris Agreement, an international treaty that specifically addresses climate change and encourages the reduction of carbon emissions. This is in line with the government’s program, through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, to achieve a 23% target of the New Renewable Energy program by 2025.
As such, elnissi has taken up the challenge of promoting the use of solar panels in homes, buildings, and other locations as part of our commitment to reduce carbon emissions.

Sustainability as a Service
The idea of sustainable solutions as a service first emerged in 2012, when the founder Jusni Alim recognized the need for a new business model that could make sustainable practices more accessible and affordable to companies of all sizes. The traditional approach of investing in sustainable infrastructure and technology was often costly and time-consuming, making it challenging for small and medium-sized businesses to adopt sustainable practices.
One reason why the market for sustainability as a service is still relatively sparse is that there are significant barriers to entry. The development of sustainable solutions requires significant research and development, as well as ongoing investment in new technologies and practices. Additionally, it can be challenging to establish a sustainable business model that is both profitable and aligned with the principles of sustainability.
Sustainable Solutions Promoting Development
The local government was receptive to the ideas and recognized the potential of sustainable solutions to further develop the local community and provide sustainable energy to the public.
